Air Fried Pineapple Balls

Yesterday went back LN and did the 1st batch of CNY snacks, end up no time to do cleaning. So today is a busy day for all of us. Spring cleaning and DIY of CNY must have, Pineapple🍍tarts/balls. 

1st time doing this Pineapple tarts, scared but excited. 😂 Fortunately, it's edible, super yummy somemore. Appearance not that nice, but it melted in the mouth. Darling boy can't stop, he kept on sneak around the CNY snacks and eat whenever he can. Hahaha. 

Tiring but very satisfied Sunday! Clean bling bling house with all successful CNY goodies. ✌ Happy me. Next week, another busy week. Ganbatte! 💪

Air Fried CNY Goodies

Finally got time to use Air Fryer and do some CNY goodies for the first time. Not professional but got this interest. No matter is cooking, baking or do things, I love trying out and get the satisfication whenever I succeed unexpectedly. Lols. 

This evening when I just started doing the CNY goodies, kena some hiccups but managed to solve it before I get disheartened. 😂 So here I am, first attempt and I made it! ✌ Though not as yummy as those on shelf one, but at least Hub and kids think it's yummy. I don't expect much, so long as they're not burnt or inedible. Then also need to pray the crisp can last longer.. 🙏

Simple Happiness

Simple happiness achieved by nomnom my favourite Hainanese chicken rice, Boon Tong Kee for dinner. My favourite BTK outlet is still this one located at Bukit Timah. 😄

With the opening of Downtown Line, it had became so convenient to reach there, just 5 min (or lesser) walk👣 from DT5 Beauty World station Exit B and here you are, Boon Tong Kee~ 💜

For the past few days, I think I was really negatively zombiefied with no smile on my face. When Hub surprisingly brought me to BTK, I sensed happiness. I love yummy food and can be easily satisfied with good food. Yes, 吃货, that's me. 😻

2 Pax Chicken

Fragrant, juicy and tender! Definitely must eat! 

Dip with their chilli sauce (they provide ginger sauce too!), coupled with their hot piping aromatic chicken rice.. Oh my god~ Yummylicious! 😋

Golden Fried Tofu

Oh my~ Another lovely one, cripsy on the outer and silky smoooooth on the inside, came with mayonnaise. But recently I start to get old, I add chilli instead of mayo, still as yummy! 💕

Sambal Kang Kong

Some zi-char tend to cook Kang Kong till too "old" and no longer cripsy. But at BTK, u won't get such worries. Most importantly, not so oily! 😄

Whenever we went BTK for dinner, we will certainly order the above mentioned dishes, but for 2 pax seems too much. Wanna omit a dish from our order, but we felt that none of them can be dispensable. So it's ok, just be it. Hahaha. 

In the past, I can wolf down 2 plates of BTK chicken rice. Now old already, I felt full after 3/4 of a portion. Don't care! I can't stop, I still finished up a plate of the rice, all by myself! 😂 Hub and I felt soooooo bloated after the dinner but our taste buds sure got fully satisfied~ BTK@Bukit Timah never fail to do so.. Definitely one of the best chicken rice in Singapore! 👍

💭Hub, thank you for realizing my negativity and tried to brighten me up with this delectable dinner. 🌻 I will source for solution and change for a better me to let our relationship perpetuates endlessly (instead of my ⛔negativity which might ruin all my happiness.). 💖Love you and thank you. 😘

Negativity striked

有追看《终极一班5》的人都知道，被魔化的裘球最近一直在说：

真的不是这么好的洗脑台词，但我却同意“事情只会越来越糟，不抱希望就不会失望”。至于其他的就太~负了，不能同意。😂 完全同意的话，我不就也被魔化了嘛，不要啦。🙈

10年前，我抱着幸福美满甜甜蜜蜜的希望美梦，时间逐渐的抹杀掉我的幻想。我哭泣，没人懂，没人知道。现在我的眼泪也已经变得一文不值，换来的不是拥抱安慰，而是责骂。

“可以不要哭吗？人家以为我在欺负你。”

我当时真的傻眼，傻爆了。我实在不知道该找谁哭泣~ 不想在朋友面前毁你的形象，我只能咽下自己的泪水或自己躲在被窝里，咬着唇叫自己别哭。我知道你对我很好也很迁就我，但有些事你就是.... 😔 很多时候，拥抱就能安抚很多的事，但你就是不懂。

所以！8年前吧，我就一直跟自己说：

“哎呀，别想，他不会做你想他做的事。希望了，你只会伤心，哭泣，失望。不要想！睡觉！”

“反正我的意见也不是意见。也是问爽而已。同意就好了，免得又弄得他不开心或把场面弄僵。”

“还是不要告诉他，说了，他也不了解，只会扭曲我的本意。算了。”

时间一分一秒飞逝，我的负面思想也不自觉越来越多。无论是要解决家庭，朋友还是什么问题都好，我都会先把最坏的事列出。当你觉得事情会越来越糟，但却美满的解决/结束，你还会感到一丝丝的愉悦。如果~ 你抱着完美落幕，换来的可能就是站在悬崖边的感受。就像我爸的事，我一直告诉自己，他会好起来的。结果呢？我从茶水间来回不到5分钟的时间，我爸就突然停止呼吸了.....

所以，真的.. 我没办法抱着希望去看待人事物。噢！不行啦，我的负面情绪越来越强烈！我的天呀！*facepalm*

Ok! Let's think this way, Pacific Ocean can't sink a ship unless the water gets inside it. There goes the same for negativity. It will only perpetuates itself, cluttered your mind with dissatisfaction and happiness won't be able to come by. 

Whenever negativity striked, we tend to dwell over the past which hurt us. Holding onto all these hurtful past, it's like drinking poison, either you die or the relationship you cherished die. It's not worth it! Let's move on and don't let negativity rob your present happiness. Let go, move on and be happy! Go go go! 

TRIM hair only

My hair! I want to trim only but end up become chest length. 😭 I know it will grow back, but still heart💔ache to see it got shorten in 5 min. I got intention to perm my hair at Q3/Q4 2018.. Now~ 😓

How valuable is an apology?

I don't understand what's so difficult about apologizing for ur mistake recently, still want to argue with me for your mistake? Hello ~ I'm telling you politely and u wanna make me become the one at fault?? Omg.. Seriously got irritated. You're the one being ridiculous and unreasonable, not me! You're twisting my purpose of telling you.. Forget it! 🔥

I really don't know how valuable is your apology.. But I know.. If this continued, it will gradually lost its values and became worthless one day. 

When you've done something wrong, swallow your pride, admit it and be sorry. Don't ever ruin an apology with excuses attached to it, it's pointless.... *sigh*

Anyway, I think dar had got used to her schooling life. Bring her go sch, not as hard as last time.. Had to drag her, scold her and blablabla. She also didnt kick a fuss when I tried to help her wear her uniform or when she saw me packing her bag. Good job!

Den cos today raining, laogong or MIL cant ride bicycle bring her go school. So I took her to sch by bus.. Yes, it's dangerous for me. Esp when it's raining day and my sandal is slippery. -.-" LOL! When we about to reach her sch, dar asked me whether can dont go sch or not. I said no. And she just kept quiet and walk into her sch. LOL! She did not cry at all, just purely ignore me when I said bb to her. xD

But anyway, just wanna say, dar.. Good job done! That's my darling girl.. ♥ K lahs. End here le. Have to go wrk le. :D Cya agn!

中秋节快乐! :)

Such a pity, today is mooncake festival.. But due to high PSI, couldnt see the moon.. *sigh* Anyway, sent dar to sch today with her hello kitty lantern.. She was so happy at first, but when she saw me outside her sch, she starts crying. >.< Make me so hrtpain.. The teachers asked me go first, if not, she will cry even louder. So I hide swhere to see whether she stops crying alrdy or not.. But lucky, she stop after a while. :)

Den evening time, my MIL went to fetch dar.. But was told by MIL that dar was v unhappy.. Thru-out the journey back home, she only asked one qn.. "Mummy lehs?" >.< Back to the shop, she seems angry with my MIL n YL.. Only wan YK to hug her. But when I came down, she seems happier. :)

Hais. What a hazy mid autumn festival. K lahs. Shall go slp now.. If not, cant wake up in time to bring dar to sch tml. :) Night all ~

At 10+am, e Jie jiu come find us le.. Den atr coaxing dar to slp, me n Jie jiu make our way to J8.. Went to BHG shopping, got myself 2 tube and 1 racer back. After shopping, went to food junction for lunch. Ate BBQ sotong.. Erm.. I only like the chilli. lols!

Filled our stomach le, jiu cont shopping and stop at the shop where you can catch the toys one. *Paiseh, I dont noe what is that called =x* Jie v li hai lors, first try nia, dang dang ~~ Got dar a Hello Kitty! I see liao, also hand itchy itchy.. Went to change the coin and try.

And I got the Rilakkuma! 

After that, jiu take bus home le lors.. Reached home, show dar the Rilakkuma, she's so happy! LOL! Den at about 5pm, Jie jiu go home le lors. Jie, thanks for the shopping. :D Enjoyed myself! hehehe ~ K lahs. End here le, laogong rush me go wrk le. See ya!!!

 我等待已久的煎包啊~ Finally back from China~ LOL! Short of the dumpling soup.. If not, jiiu perfect le! xD But!!! Im so damn full and YL now bring them down. I cant even manage to see one~ What's the best thing?!

Da Da ~ My laogong went to the market and got my fav mee hoon with zhai er ~ OMG! How can I manage to finish all when I jus finish eating my brkfast? 10min before all these food came, Im so hungry~ Grab some stuff + vitasoy to drink.. And now?! T______________T

Today, bring dar to sch with YL. So that 她也可以去回味回味一下她小时候的时光. LOL!

Oh ya.. Ytd dar got her sleeping 'mattress' le.. See. Got her name on it. Hahaha ! So today, we try to let her slp in her sch..

Heng that she manage to slp. :) After that, me n YL jiu sneak go home le. YL had to go back wrk while I go back rest. Hahaha!

At evening time, me Jiu go fetch dar home le lors. Den after wrk, laogong jiu bring me go pasa malam buy pyjamas.. Wah piang~ From $5 bcome $10! I was like wth.. >.< But laoogng see my pyjamas all spoil le, despite being expensive, he still buy for me. *老公, 爱你哦! ♥* And got one for dar too.. Same design smore. Hahaha.

After that, we jiu go buy dinner le. Oh~ MIL coming back tonight. My 煎包 arhs ~ xD But the flight like got delayed.. Estimated arrival is 2200hrs, bcome 0055hrs! -.-" K lahs. Go slp le. Wan an lors~

Dar's first day of sch! Wake her up at abt 7am, asked her to finish her milk before we go sch. Finally, she finished her milk. So we make our way to our shop to finish up some stuff. When we're at the shop, dar 趴在椅子上了.. lols ~ Maybe she's not used waking up this early. She normally slp until abt 10am wors. Hahaha!

Brought her to sch, she ownself go and take those blocks and ply. But didnt interact with other kids yet. Maybe she is 慢熟 ba. LOL.

After that, her teacher Ruby bring the kids to walk ard the estate and I tagged along too. Hahaha ~

Hmm.. But at about 12pm, me Jiu bring dar go home le. Cos she still not feeling well, got diarrhoea. *sigh* In sch, jiu diarrhoea le ard 3 times. I think the teacher also wash until scare, ask me must bring her go see doc. =x That's all for the first day ba.. Oh ya, dar got her own space for her bag n shoes. lols ~

It had been a SICKening weekend 
for the mooS family.

On last sat night, my dar suddenly vomit when we went to ave 2 for dinner with my parents. Scare the hell off me. Back home, she vomit wadeva she ate. @.@ So bo bian, teach her to go a bucket to vomit instd of vomiting ewhere. -.-" Den when she finally fallen aslp, we tot can 放心 abit. In the end? She suddenly vomit on my legs! @.@ Luckily, on Sun.. she's getting better w/o the vomit. But!!! She got a on off fever. T.T

And another best thing for Sun.. me and laogong fall sick too! Laogong kana diarrhoea.. As for me, same symptom with dar.. Den the two of us was like no batt. Keep wanting to slp with our heavy head. T.T But laogong more 辛苦 lahs. Cos even tho he's sick, he still hv to tc of me, cook porridge for me. Heng that he still can eat medicine, not like me, no medicine for me as Im preg. >.<

Den bcos we two sick liao, bo bian, hv to ask yk come back wrk with papa n yl lors. At night, atr yk went home, he called laogong and ask him ply game. YL jiu ask him call back later. When he really call back the 2nd time, kana say by me. Dont noe ish he suay or what, he dont noe that 原来我老公也生病了.. lols ~

As for today! We are feeling much more better. But still sick lahs. Haven totally recover. So 5.30am, papa went dwn to help out with yk lors. We two cont to rest at home. Today, dar shld be going sch one. But cos of her on off fvr, I dont dare to bring her go sch n I really still cmi lahs. =x Den dar like also got diarrhoea.. *sigh*

At atrnoon time, when laogong getting better, he jiu go shop help out and let papa come back rest le. And the best thing again! It's yl n dan's turn to fall sick. -.-"""""" So ~ when the two of us still haven fully recover, we still hv to worry for the two of them. Haiis ~ K lahs. I go rest a while more.
